A shoe was purchased online (order number OR[protected] on Feb 23, 2023 & the same was delivered on Feb 26, 2023 via XPRESSBEES courier (Tracking no#[protected]). The size ordered (Size-45) was too big for me & I had requested an exchange with 48 hours (as per company policy) via email (sent on Feb 27, 2023) & phone. Till date no reply has been received & I have tried calling the customer care more than 100 times. Their number goes unanswered always. This is complete harassment for the customer & inspite of several trails I have failed to contact the officials. So request an action against the company so that a replacement/exchange can be made.
