I bought an item online from them. The product delivered was a misfit. I bought the same six from the store 2 days ago, and that fit which is why I opted for this size, for some reason the same size when opted online did not fit. I wrote to the consumer service to request for exchange, even called the customer care number. the customer care number never connected and the email was never responded to. I reached out to the woodland official page on Instagram, after a few days someone responded on Instagram and shared an email id. the email id was not functional, when I wrote to that the email bounced back. I shared the same with the Instagram account but then there was no response once again I need those shoes exchanged. there is no use of them to me. Was this information helpful? |
