[Resolved]  Woodland — No Response on Refund

I had ordered a sandal worth 4300 from Woodland Online and made the payment as well. Amount got debited but I did not get any order confirmation. So I tried reaching out to customer care executives both on call and email on refunding the amount since I did not get any order confirmation neither via email nor in website but there is no proper response from their end.

Order is made in my name - Anitha Harikrishnan through Online using my mobile number login. Kindly help me get my refund amount 4300

Amount is refunded after multiple follow ups via email and customer support. Also initiated charge back request from bank end.
Woodland customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
