[Resolved]  Woodland — No shipping of online purchase even after 2 weeks.

I have ordered sandals under order no: OR-2687316 from https://www.woodlandworldwide.com/ on Feb 11. Even payment is done. But the product has not yet shipped. When i tried to cancel the order, nothing happens. I would like to cancel the order and get refund ASAP.
