HI, I have purchased shoes online from Woodland site on 23/06/2023 & even after 7 days with multiple calls & mails follow-up, Woodland team is reluctant to provide any detail on dispatch. so finally I have requested them (on 29/06/2023) to cancel the order & refund amount, also I have cancelled order (on 30/06/2023) on their website along with mail communication however I didn't received any mail confirmation for cancellation as well for refund. I am worried they may not refund my money.
I have tried their customer care number twice & waited for 20+ minutes but no response. I seek your help to take it up the concern.
My order ID is 3057213. I have all mail communication given to them, in case required I can able to share
