Woodland — Not picked up the return-Urgent

My order number is OR-2337614, i have requested for return of the shoes since it is not fitting me on 19.12.2021. But till date you have not picked it up. I wrote several mails and called several times on your customer care, but the efforts are vain and now the customer care executives hang up my call. I wish to state that if you do not respond i will be forced to approach the Consumer forum for your negligence and causing strain and loss to me.
