Woodland — Not taking order in return

I received my woodland slipper by 9-4-2023
I need to return it since size is too big and sent details through mail.
Order id:OR-3010487.
Until today there is no response from woodlands team through mail or customer care also.
One of thr worst customer i jave ever seen.
I meed my order to be returned or replaced.
