Woodland — online payment made but order number not generated

I made an online payment of inr 1618/- with my credit card ending 9955 on[protected] at aero club mumbai india. The web page showed an error and order number was not generated.
I have repeatedly mailed this to e store and customer care, but in vain.
I have not received any kind of reply till date.

The payment has been debited to my credit card account on[protected]
