I have ordered Woodland sandals from www.woodlandworldwide.com The order was placed and payment was successfull but there was no sms or mail from woodland.What can I do further contacting customer care there was no response +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Woodland customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 26, 2022 Updated by Renithin Dear Woodland team, This is regarding my recent purchase from your online store(25th Aug 2022). After I proceeded for the payment through UPI mode, The money got deducted from my bank, the payment window just showed processing for more then 20 minutes then automatically exited and no order was placed. I doesnot received an email regarding my payment There is still no confirmation about my order in the mail. Kindly look into this Please find the screenshot of payment receipt(Phonepay)
