[Resolved]  Woodland — Order not confirming neither shipping

Ordered shoe on 23 March website says that it will deliver in under 7 days. I have not received a single update on the order (Neither a confirmation nor a delay). Contacted email customer care thrice and same copy pasted replies from their side, at least hire an employee to answer emails everyone uses BOTS nowadays. I mean, at least give me something, a date, or a confirmation that it will be delivered in these millennia for peace of mind.

order not delivered yet but status has updated to confirmed. Hopefully, I will receive it this month.
