Woodland — Order OR[protected] need to place return

Placed an order ref - OR-2708974 for sandals on 2nd March and received the same on 5th march. But I want to return them as the size is incorrect. I ordered for 40, but I need a 41 size. I have sent mail to - [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com and [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com - but havent received any response from them . I have tried calling the CC number [protected] multiple times but no one answers that too. There is no option online to return it as the status of my order still shows as ready to ship on the portal. I am getting so exhasperated as I cant seem to get through anyone at woodland. Its really annoying when you cannot speak to anyone or share your concern with anyone. Was this information helpful? I got an email from the customer care on how to initiate return. But that process is also via email. And they take an awfully long time to respond. They asked me to send pictures of the sandals and the invoice. I sent this 2 days back but still haven’t received a response. Lessons learnt - NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE.
