Woodland — pasting issue

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchased a woodland shoe from lucknow branch on July 2011
The shoe details are given below.

Colour Khaki
Size:44

Recently I have observed that the sole is coming out from the leather as pasting start deteriorating.
The photographs are attached here with for your reference.

This kind of quality issue is never expected from M/S woodland.Then what is difference between the other manufacturer with you? I think this kind quality issue only the eye opener for any kind of industry to re look in the process and quality for potential improvement.

My sincere request you to suggest me what should I do?
