This is to inform you that i had purchased a high quality pair of shoe form Woodland-DLF Mall of India, Noida sector-18. I highly regret buying a product from your brand because one of the shoe is loose to fit just after wearing it one time. The shoe was purchased on 12/03/23 and we have logged the complaint to the store manager, but very sorry to say we have been treated very badly and told the replacement will not be given and you have defect in your foot. After paying a great amount of money and receiving such a poor quality of product made me think twice to buy product from your company again or not.
For such a ill behaviour I am planning to log police complaint and register my complaint in consumer forum as well. The same would be posted in social media as well.
How can you guys be in service industry and give ill treatment to your customers.
