I am writing this email to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the poor quality of Woodland shoes that I recently purchased from your store. I had earlier complained to you about the same issue, and had to get the shoes repaired just two days after buying them from your store due to pasting issues. Unfortunately, I am now facing the same issue once again, which is completely unacceptable.
I would like to bring to your attention that I had to wait for 10 days to get the shoes repaired the first time, and I had to purchase another pair of shoes to use during this period. Now, facing the same issue once again, I am told that I will have to wait another 10 days for the shoes to be repaired. This is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by your store.
As a customer, I expect nothing but the best from a brand like Woodland, and this experience has left me questioning my loyalty to the brand. I request you to take immediate action to rectify this issue and provide me with a suitable resolution. I would appreciate a replacement of the shoes or a refund of the amount paid, along with compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
