Have ordered a backpack on 25/May/2023 Order idi OR-3032954 but as of now I have not received the backup nor any confirmation mail from Woodland. I have done the payment same day.Wrote several mails but of no use everytime they send automated replies.Toll free number is of no use Kindly suggest what to do? Was this information helpful? I am trying to contact customer care after the return completed for my recent purchase.

They have done the return pickup as promised but not the refund.

Its been one month I am trying to contact customer care via email and call.

Whenever they pick up they say the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs and they didnt even respond to a single email sent asking for the status of refund.

Worst customer service.
