I would like to inform you that on 19 June 23 I sent an email at 1:28 PM to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com After a few minutes of this email, I received a call from a mobile number which showing the Help desk on true caller [protected]. He told me that he is from Woodland and then he asked for a reference code which I got through a message. I asked him how it will help then he told me that he will send me a message to redeem my money and within 48 hrs I would be able to place the order again. But the actual scenario was different when I shared the received code with him he deducted 5000 rs from my account. He looted my money.
But the thing which shocked me is that the data from Woodland has been shared with a third party or they have stolen it so you have to look into this matter.
I have lost 5000 Rs + 5097 Rs (Order Money which is still pending, and now I am going to cancel the order).
One thing is clear you are sharing customer data with some other people which is not appropriate. It is pathetic and Unacceptable. Your customer care people are the worst to talk to.

I have already emailed them many times to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com but they did not reply appropriately and when I am calling to the given phone number no body is picking up the phone. I want my money back. Thank you woodland I promise that I will never buy anything from you. But this time plz send me my money back. Worst Customer Care service you have for your stores. Your online employees leaking customer data I have proof because somebody looted me and he has all the data of my placed order how is this possible? I am requesting you to give me my money back because I don't trust you anymore. I am a woodland customer since 1997. But now in the future... it will depend.
