Woodland — Refund against returned of shoe

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I purchased Khaki Casual Shoes For Men (size 42) on 15.06.2023 at 6.27 p.m against order no. OR-3048406, Vide Tax Invoice no. [protected] dt. 13.06.2023 through AWB no. [protected] from WOODLAND WORLDWIDE online. Amount of shoe is Rs. 1997/-

But the size was big that is why I returned this shoe through XPRESSBEES on 24.06.2023 through AWB NO. [protected] to AERO CLUB.

I have mailed to woodland many time for refund my amount. But after 15 days I have not received the refund and then I have lodged a complain for the same on 8 july, 2023. Today A phone call has been come to me from no. [protected] and he tell me that refund amount will be credited by SBI YONO Lite. Then As per instruction of the person ([protected]) I have operate the SBI YONO Lite and My Bank Account no. has been debited Rs 10, 000/- and Rs. 4000/-.
