I ordered for a shoe on[protected] & I received the product on 17/08/2019 & the same was returned on 22/08/2019.

When I asked regarding the refund it was told that the refund will be credited to the wallet as credits which can be used for future purchases. From then on I have been following with the customer care team via phone call and email regarding the refund amount which has to be credited to the wallet, but there is proper response and wallet balance still shows zero where I am not able to make a new purchase.
They give all stupid reasons for the balance to get reflected in the wallet. For eg: email id registered is showing as .c instead of .com, so u try logging using .c, check the tick box near use my credits payments option the balance will reflect.
I kindly request you to help me in this issue to get the refund.
