Woodland — refund not initiated and no proper response to the issue

I've ordered sandals with order id 1530823. And after payment deduction the order was cancelled. But they haven't initiated the refund yet, and they aren't answering any calls from my side and no proper response to e-mail. It's been 17 days since the payment and i haven't received any transaction id for the payment initiation. After sending 8-10 mails and pinging them in twitter they responded me with "we will get back to you" and that's not the response i'm expecting after 17 days. Please help me with this issue.

Have received wrong size of sandal. wrote many mails to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com & [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com no response. called more than 100 times to customer care[protected] no response. worst service. please provide refund or exchange the product i need solution.

We bought a woodland shoe from a authorized store in mangalore and I have used the shoe only once and within a month the shoe colour started changing and the lace buckle is broken. we stay in kerala we tried to register complaint at many woodland store here but no one is ready to accept the complaint nor ready to help us.
