[Resolved]  Woodland — Refund not issued

I bought shoes through the official website of Woodland on 3 March 2023 and returned them on 12 March 2023 until now I did not receive the refund even after several communication ways through mail and phone number the problem is that I never get clear answers to my questions.
It has been more than one month and this is becoming very annoying to request your money
