I purchased Woodland Footwear (order number OR[protected] on May-15-2023.Even after a week, i have not received the product.
I have sent multiple mails asking for updates on the product but never got the shipping details.The product status is the same (Order - Confirmed) even a week after the purchase.
Today i got a mail stating my product has not been dispatched due to technical issues, and no information on when exactly the product will be delivered.
So, i cancelled the order and am now awaiting my refund.No matter how many mails i send, there will be no satisfactory response.
