Woodland — Regarding Repairs and Replacement

I purchased sandals from Pimpri outlet on 12th Feb 2022. I had returned my sandals back since the stitching came off within a month. I returned them on 5th March for replacement, but the people out there blatantly refused to replace and said they would repair it. I was okay with this since I had no choice. For repairs, the sandals were required to be sent to Delhi. Its been a month now and I am yet to receive those sandals back. Woodland's policy says that repairs will be done within 15 days which is absolutely ### and never followed. So basically after purchasing a product worth 4000, it gets damaged within a month. For its repairs, one has to wait another 1 month. Really really disappointing.
