I am filing this complaint to bring to your attention my recent experience with the shoes I purchased from your store. I purchased a pair of shoes from your store three months ago, and I am disappointed to inform you that the quality of the shoes has significantly deteriorated within a short period. The shoes have lost their original texture and color, and they now look old and worn out.
When I first noticed the issue, I visited your store and raised the concern with your representatives. They suggested sending the shoes for refinishing, and I agreed to their suggestion. However, after receiving the shoes back from the refinishing process, I noticed no major changes, and the shoes are still not in their original color and texture.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the shoes, and I believe that the service provided by your store has been inadequate. As a loyal customer, I did not expect to experience such issues with your products, and I am very disappointed with this experience.
I am requesting an exchange for my shoes with a new pair of shoes of similar value. I believe that this is a fair request since the shoes have not lived up to my expectations in terms of quality and durability.
