I had purchased Woodland boots through online store with order number SO-3524619. The boots were delivered to me on 15.11.2023 vide invoice no. 202303N031C02379 dated 13.11.2023. The boot does not fit to my feet. As per guidelines given in the online store, i visited the Patiala Bhupindra road Patiala woodland store for smaller size, but it is out of stock. As per return policy, within 15 days of delivery, someone can return the product. After waiting for about one week for smaller size from local store, I decided to make the Return request. On filing the proper details, I am surprised that the Return request Tab given in the online page does not work. On submitting the return request, it simply displays the message that the return request is submitted but with no practical action at all i.e no sms, no phone, no conformation e-mail. I repeated the return request many times, but practically it does not work.
I am a Regular offline customer of Woodland from 15-20 years and feels very disappointed that a company like Woodland is cheating customers like this. The software only receives orders and takes money but can't refund and return orders. I am requesting to resolve this issue and make the software to run properly or otherwise please shut it down to not harsh the customers. Was this information helpful? |
