I have placed an order for a pair of shoes in September. I did not like the product and been trying to return the product since 3 months.
After multiple complaints, return has been finally initialized this month but without a date and time. There was no response to the mail asking for the details.
Then some random day the agent comes for pick up. I did not know he was coming and could not answer the call. Now the return has been cancelled saying I was not available in the window.
There was no window specified in the first place and the agent called only once.
How can the service be this bad. I would like to return the product since it is not at all the worth it cost. Was this information helpful? |
