I purchase a jaket online 27/11/25 received on 1/12/25 and return request email send on same day. 1/12/25 to 12/12/25 i send messages through email but no proper response received till date. 9/12/25 pickup person of company come to my address. He confirmed that the product was in proper condition and completed all required details. However, after submitting the details, the system incorrectly marked the QC status as “failed.” Based on this, I received a message stating that the pickup had been cancelled. In this regard i emailed same position to company email address. but again no response received. i daily call company toll free but they not pick the same regularly. what i do
