I received this order on Saturday, 19 Mar 2022 but the shoes are not of optimal quality, the leather is chipped at the front and the heels. These appeared to have been used.
I waited till 21 Mar, Monday to call the customer service phone number but no one answers their phone. That’s why I wrote to them.
Have been following up with them for more than 2 weeks but no action has been taken.
Please consider this complaint as the return request and collect the package as soon as possible followed by refund.
