I have order for a Woodland Khaki floater Sandal from the Woodland’s official website store woodlandworldwide.com. My order ID is OR-3014283 and order placed on 26th April, 2023. I have received my Order on 3rd May, 2023 throught DTDC Courier Service. The Product is different from the Colour that I have ordered for. The Product’s Color doesn’t match with the Color of the Product Image shown on the Store. And I feel very tightness when I wear the Sandal. I have ordered for 41 size. But it doesn’t suits well on my leg. So I requested to return the product by sending a mail to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com on 3rd May, 2023 I haven't received any reply from Woodland team. I called customer care. Later they asked me to send a mail to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com and I have send a mail on 12th May, 2023. I haven’t used the Sandal yet. The Woodland team is making very worst in their response. I request the woodland team to accept my return order. I have attached the Invoive copy and some photographs of the sandal
