I have purchased a shoes from woodland online store but unfortunately the size is big for my husband and also there is a spot on the shoes.
So I wrote a return request on their given email address which is [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com for 2 times within 48 hrs of order delivery as per their rules but there is no revert from them. I also tried to call on their customer care number multiple times but not connected once even.
So this is very disappointed to see this kind of poor customer service from woodland.
