Woodland — Returned the product with order ID 2612621 on 20th December. Hv not rec'd the refund yet inspite of repeated reminders thru mail

Bought a pair of shoes from online store with order Id 2612621.it didn't fit, so requested return. Was picked up on 20th December. Agent details attached.
No refund has been issued of Rs 1647/- as yet inspite of repeated reminders thru email.
Pl help.

It has been more than a month, i am still mailing them for issuing refund on my return bt to no avail.
I hv no clue how else to get in touch with them. Their customer care number is always unresponsive.
