Woodland — Serious deisgn issue = my nerves are deeply hurt due to your shoes

Recently i bought a pair of woodland shoes for jogging purpose. but upon wearing i found that there is a small design issue with the shoes due to which it actually hurts my feet on wearing the shoes. The rear nerve of my feet has been seriously hurt due to the hard material that lies with the pair of shoes. I am able to use the shoes comfortably and it serves no purpose of mine. I need to exchange the pair of shoes or need my money back.
