Woodland — shoes colour defect

Dear woodland company.
I have purchased woodland shoes 15 days ago. But suddenly the colour of the shoes is removing or becoming blurr. The colour of the shoes is become tan from white. I have already meet to shop owner but i have not get the satisfactory answer.
So please kindly give me any solution or replace it.. I am attachiting the photo and video below...
