Hello sir,
I bought three products from your company few months ago. The sole tore in one of the sandals just after using it for 6 months. When inquired about it in the retail shop in which I bought the sandal, the employee replied saying the sole tore because I walk wrongly. That was very rude reply to my complaint and am very disappointed in the product as well as the customer care you provide. I request a refund or replacement for the sandal. I have also attached the bill and images of the torn sole. Thank you
