I am regular user of Woodland shoes. I have purchased Article No : GC 0750109W13 in Feb'16 from Woodland Showroom, Shop No. 2 & 3, Ground Floor, Khandesh Central, Station Road, Jalgaon, Maharashtra - 425001. As shown in photograph stitching open at area shown. It is very uncomfortable to wear shoes after stitching open. I have visited above mentioned shop but unfortunately service for well known brand Woodland was denied. It is surprise to me that being a regular user servicing other than authorized re seller/dealer not recommended. I need immediate service to repair OR replace shoes at the earliest, please let me know where should I get proper service in Jalgaon. Thanking you. Amit Pawar. [protected]. Purchased a pair of woodland shoes Article no R1GC1166112 from company's retail store in SAGAR (MP). Both the shoes look different. I visited your store at sagar, incharge there said that no complaint will be accepted without sale invoice, which I have lost . Kindly do the needful.
