Woodland — the product received is defective and the staff is denying to exchange it | |||||
I purchased a woodland jacket from woodland store at rajput road dehradun on 28th december 2018. The next day on wearing the jacket i found that it had defect i. E. Various holes on its arms and on the back. I immediately which is within 24 hours of my purchase took the product for exchange and they straight away denied to make any exchange as per them the holes were made by me on purpose. They mean i purchased a jacket of almost 7000 and then damaged it on purpose and then took the pain to visit the store again. Kindly take necessary steps as your staff is very rigid and rude in the particular mentioned store. I mean i should have checked the product very precisely but i took the liberty of the brand name as i was in a renouned store and was not street shopping. Also attaching the bill. I had purchased 3 jackets out of which the jacket in s. No. 2 is defective. Kindly help me at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
