Woodland — Unable to contact woodland and know update on my order

I'm shameer
I order a sandal on Tuesday from woodland web page
I got a mail from ccavenue. But till now no update from woodland about my order and it's showing blank in my orders and wrong order number in order status
I'm trying to reach out them for the last two days but response in both mail and customer care
They have not even picked the call once
