Woodland — Want to exchange jacket but none of customer care no is being attended

I bought woodland jacket from woodland online store but i received the product with spots on it. I have trying on [protected] for last two days but call is not being attended .Have sent mail also on estore but no reply. I want to get it exchanged with fresh product.please help me out.
