Woodland — Woodland e-store not refunding money for a order return

Woodland e-store not refunding money for a Order return- OR-2520105.
Return pick up was done on 02-Sep-2022 but till now money is not refunded to my account.
Also not getting proper response from [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com in-spite of multiple email reminders and phone call.
