Woodland — woodland pathetic service | |||
I purchased a shoes (bill attached) on 2nd May 2019 which was damaged somehow within 3 months. I went to woodland store where I purchased it and ask them for the concern they took the shoes and told me this will take 20 to 30 days I said no issue just send it. Today I got the call from the store and they were saying only 75% of your shoes will be reimbursed and you can take another pair of that much amount. I asked them only 3 months I used the shoe and barely maximum time 15-20 days I used it. If this would be my mistake I shall definitely accept that but when this is manufacturing defect why should I bare of that. I also asked show me some mails or anything where the reason of the 25% deduction should be mentioned but they denied it and saying there is no such mail given by company. After this what I got the reply is shocking please go through that Dear Customer, We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As a service gesture & basis the product condition, we have gone ahead & provided you with the best possible services. Yah product bahut hi Achcha hai parantu Kisi Karan bus Hamare dwara liye Gaye 6 month pahle jute ki SOL kharab ho gai isliye company ke director se a main yah Kahana Chahunga ki meri complaints jald se jald solve Karen Deepak Pande patrakaar
