Woodland — Woodland - poor customer service- No Response to emails / calls

I bought a product from woodland online on 16th Aug. The product was very withered and I was not happy with the product so I wanted to return the product. Tried calling customer care and sent more than 5 emails and called to customer care several times but the product is not taken back yet.
