I noticed that, the customer care executives are irresponsible and negligent. My issue of having received a defective item is under pending for last 1month. Even the manager level resource doesn't have an idea of the issue and talks so irresponsible.
I have been asking for the next level escalation matrix to take this issue to the notice of top management. They do not disclose it and always engage time and effort without actually working towards resolution of the issue.
