I had ordered a shoe on the 23rd of october through their online portal (Or[protected]. (https://www.woodlandworldwide.com) but even after a week, i was not updated on the status of the order when i tracked the status with the order id, it was showing cod cancel, not sure what this means.
When i tried to call the customer care (After several failed attempts) i was told by one of the executives that my order was canceled. Not sure why they had canceled and the executive also did not know the reason.
I was neither intimated through an sms or by any other means about the cancellation.
