Woodland — Wrong Shoe received | |||||
I ordered a pair of shoes from Woodland using their online portal on 1st Feb 2021 and it was delivered to me today on 3rd Feb 2021. I ordered a pair of shoes having blue color, but I received shoes of some other different color. The color of the shoes I ordered is clearly mentioned on the Invoice I have attached. Wrong product was sent to me. I checked the woodland's website and it was clearly mentioned that I can return the product within 48 hours. To return the product, I have tried to contact woodland support on their helpline number but it is unreachable. I have also wrote and email to Woodland on their official ID but I have got no reply. I want to return this product but no one from the company is listening to me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
