[Resolved]  Woodlands — defective footware

Please do the needful Dear sir, I have purchased one Footware article no GC0232106A Khaki 42 from M/S Aero Club Woodland Store Shop No. 010&010-A Forum 10/3 Lala Lajpatari Sarani Kolkata on 24.11.13. But unfortunately I found a major manufacturing defect on 27th Nov 13 and given a complain on the store on 28.11.13. and the replace my footwear on 03.12.13 to me accordingly. But after wearing the shoe on 04.12.13 I found that the pasting of sole are left out for both the pair and again inform it to the store but they refused to take further complain against the defect and inform me to produce the product for repairing. And I have delivered the footwear to the store on 08.12.13 but I did not under stand and also the store representative did not explain why a new footwear just 15days old having a problem with sole pasting. Till day I did not get any response from the store where I returned my footwear thus I am raising my issue to the [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com. The brand value of great Woodland footwear, I did not found through this product and also with the behaviour of store representative. Why I will accept the repairing job for my purchased new product and why product of such type having a manufacturing defect is available in store for selling. I did not have an idea for Selling of products with manufacturing defect is an offence in our mother land or not . Any way I was victimized by this. Please do the needful to my issue at an earliest other wise I will inform the full story to consumer court for a remedy. Thanking you, With Regards, Ranajit Dey [protected]
