Woohoo.in — gift card issue

I had received a gift card from my friend worth rs.2600 which was not used by me, recently when i tried to redeem the gift card it was showing that the gift card has been redeemed by some other user account which is neither my account nor my friends account. It was a gift card which is about to purchase in myntra.

From past 3 days i am continuously contacting woohoo and myntra team and either of the company people are not giving the proper response from whose end the issue is being done, instead they are playing around with the customer and constantly telling that it is not an issue from their end.
