Woohoo.in — Gift cards blocked for no reason.

On Dec 30, My amazon pay balance worth Rs. 7413 was locked without any saying. I had to wait for days to get a reason from Amazon. Finally they came with a reply that Fraudulent Activities were involved and so my gift balance was locked. They didn't have any proof or details on what had happened. They could not provide me any details about it. They did not even know which gift cards were locked because when I talked to customer service, they said me that there's nothing in their data about it. Based on my screenshot, and the order number I provided they just came up with a reason with no details at all and they further said me to contact qwickcilver (woohoo). Woohoo said me that because of security reasons they blocked my gift balance. Even they did not have any detail, and they asked for Gift card ID. They they asked me order number of the gift cards bought, then they asked me transaction proof and payment proof. I provided each and everything what they asked for. Yet haven't recieved my balance. One more thing is that my screenshots were locked, unlocked and this happened many times and finally my gift cards were locked. This looked like a technical problem but which Amazon promised to resolve but they came out with a fake reason. There was no fraud activities involved. Plz help me get my amazon pay balance of Rs. 7413 back.
