My order (Order No. 9027822 from Wow Momo, ordered at 12:36 pm) was picked up by delivery person at 12:53 pm today, and I have not received it yet (2:02 pm). This has happened once before as well, where I got served almost spoilt food after an hour in transit.
At around 1:30 pm, your service staff Venkat called me saying that he would inform me in three minutes about the status of delivery and refund. He hasn't called back yet.
Note that I have been using your services a lot in the past. Please initiate a full refund of the same with immediate effect, else I won't be using your services anytime in the near future, and would be forced to convey such incidents to my college community as well. Was this information helpful? |
