Wow momo cheating customers.. The counter said it charges rs 45 for an extra veg berger combo offer bt charged rs 55. When asked why its charging extra they tried to make us believe that its for gst bt when i reffered to the bill that gst is being charged over the total of the bill not on each product the started mumbling initially and then said go to the complain forum and complain we will not reduce any bill.. Me being a civil engineer and a mba marketing person have been a regular customer of different brands like wow momo.. So if its not being taken care properly this may lead to a negative issue in the long run or the bigger picture as influencers are being affected negatively..

Many outlets especially the one in jadavpur is looting customers by denying them the happy hour offer on monday and friday. I recently went there with my mother and they denied any kind of offer. Later i searched on the internet and found their claims false. When confronted, the man agreed to his mistake shamelessly and said nothing can be done now!! The behaviour of these people is getting exacerbated every day!! I lost close to 100 bucks coz of his fault which he shamelessly accepted and denied any compensation.

The cashier was so uncooperative. He was rejecting parcel orders. After asking him repeatedly he said will be packing the order. After having the order ready he was intentionally delaying me only because i wanted the order to be packed. Who would pay for the delay? Such bad staff and that too in airport. If any steps are not taken i'll take further action.

Sir i am regular customer of wow momo i always bought wow momo from cc2 newtown branch but today i saw that one new branch has opened at barasat near taxi stand. It is near to my house so i opt for purchasing from their but they misguided my father and gave all wrong items. I am providing picture below of what they have provided me and what i have ordered for. Plus the size of momo was not convininent as per what we eat at cc2 newtown.

I had eaten wow momos yesterday from dlf mall, saket and i regret eating it. I had ordered prawn steamed momos. Really sorry to say that it was not at hygienic and momos looked also as if it was kept for a few days. Had a really experience and because i would never feel like eating it again. It's better if you look into such issues or else it will have to close down soon.

I bought two servings of the momos there. They stunk like a fish and has stale chicken. Infact i've puked twice. Is this what i get for 400 bucks? Food poisoning or diarrhoea maybe? This is very disappointing. It's not the first time i'm having something from wow momos but the new outlet inside rajiv chowk metro station is definitely a big no. Refrain from going there and please take an action against them. Plus i saw rats around. So a health inspection is a must.

Wow momo keyosk of kolkata kalighat metro station sold rotten and low graded momo for take away service. I was stunned to taste the momo when tried after 20 minutes of buying. The bill photo is attached here. I'm long time customer of and appreciator of wow momo, but this is first time bitter experience and am totally frustrated. If i not get the reply of this mail and not taken any action from your end, i'll never buy any of your food. Take this matter at top priority. Thanks

The company operates in kolkata, address 10, wood st, kol-16, phone [protected], they charge service tax @ 5.6% but the bill does not carry the same, only once you challenge them, they issue a duplicate bill.

They evade service tax in the 1st go to unsuspecting customers.
