Hi i order through zomato order no [protected]. And zomato person waiting from last 45 mints and still order is pending..
Also no one is picking our calls in wow momos outlet. Wat the hell this service. I[censored] not able to deliver the order so why u accept the same...

I have received completely stale momo sauce. I do feel that the momo is stale as well. The smell just spreads in the room, it's so bad.
Wow momos are generally good but this was from Garia station branch, kolkata.
The branch asked me to come tomorrow with the momo and they will replace it... but the issue is this is not the quality and standards one can sell to people....

I have recently purchased momo from wow momo outlet in Phoenix market city mall, Whitefield, Bangalore and they are charging 18% GST as tax on top of food in the name of centralized kitchen at mall.

At the same time, no other outlet in the same food court is not charging this much tax(5% as per govt guidelines).

Please take necessary steps to this cheaters....

I have on date purchased (take away) two steamed momo and one Budweiser from your Serampore, Hooghly, N.S. Road shop (0pposite Samrat Restaurant) for Rs.409/- today (about 7.30 PM on date, i.e. 03.3.21) and except the Budweiser every stuff were stale and smelt foul, particularly the chicken, the coatings and the coriander sauce.
I assume, that their sell is poor, and so the franchaisee sells rotten stinks.

Wow momo like street food because every shop having 5 to 6 people capacity and every shop not having rest room hand wash area.
Even they are charging 18percent gst.

There is grievance cell to registered complain and feedback, all shop crew behaviours like gunda.

Here I am showing pics of momo fully dark colour excessive fried and even they showing rude attitude.

The mo-burger delivered to me didn't have two but only one momos

I have visited wow momo in Ambattur and it was little rush due to new year day. When I tried to order 249 combo the person in billing were behaved rudely and he gave me incorrect combo details after I said I have already ordered this in DLF, then he taken my order. Please give feedback to those people.. it’s disappointing..

I bought 2 Chicken Thupka on 25th Dec evening - bill no: KOL[protected] TERMINAL : KOL 132-1. I bought around 6 pm and when around 7.30 pm opened to have it found that it is smelling foul and was slimy. I have been regular customer of WoW and have been purchasing from same terminal as it is on way back from my office. Luckily I did not give it to kids for whom it was bought to mark occassion of Xmas. I don't know how WoW just to finish their leftovers sells bad food items to its customers.

I have visited wow momo ice skating branch on 13th Oct 2020 and my bill amount is 1065 rupees has been deducted twice from my account kindly check and return the money

There was a huge feather in my momo by Wow! Momo.

Today i visited wow momos, 6th block koramangala branch at 11 am...
Staff don't even have sense to talk with peoples.. Such a ridiculous girl with nonsense behave i never seen in all over world till now.. Not have even sense to talk with the peoples.. Going to take legal action against them.. Suggest to never ever visit this place.. At least wow momos should keep reception staff who should know how to talk, should not keep such a uneducated girl who don't even know how to talk with others...

Today i had a chicken fried momo in mahanayanak uttam kumar metro station. (Tollygunge). One of employee of wow momo ask me that you need a carry bag.. Then i said yes i need a carry bag. But i ask him you will charge for a carry bag.. Then he said yes they will charge for it... Again i said that you are doing wrong how you can charge it for a carry bag.. You should give for free... He said to me that company is charging for a carry bag.. But i have no choice to take carry bag from him.. They are charging for a carry bag is rs 3. It's my request to you that kindly look into this matter urgently.. Because this is wrong

Wow momo is now hiring some of their regular customers to spread rumours and spoil the name of other branded momos one such customer was caught doing this for them is dr. Suporno pal, who later admitted to be one of them. This they are doing to regain their lost fame. Its rather shameful if wow momo to do this against other momo brands out of jealousy. Shame on u people.

I ordered from wow momos in netaji shubhash chandra bose airport. The one in their food court near gate no.19, i ordered it around 11:30am on 5th december 2019. I had ordered steam prawn momo and lady in wow momo replied back so rudely that they don’t have steam, only fried and pan fried. So i ordered fried prawn momo and i asked for chilled water. The woman working their was so rude for no apparent reason. She was ordering me to move to a diff counter in such a weird way, she pointed her fingers to tell me. She started to make faces the whole time, and when i went to take the momo and water, she literally shouted on me to show her the bill to check if i had ordered water. The whole time she made faces at me. I was so shocked that such a place would have such offensive staffs. When i asked her for chilled water she again replied back in a very impolite manner that no they don’t have when clearly i saw they had some in the fridge. So when i asked her for chilled water also she was making a face. I don’t u understand why she was so ill mannered. I was speaking so softly with her from the beginning. Wow momo kolkata should definitely check your staff. I almost thought she was very mean because of her racist nature just because i’m a north eastern. She really ruined my whole meal going to wow momo, i have such less respect for your place here. I really never want to visit again. Please hire people who are kinder and does not lack sophistication like that woman.

Outlet: wow momo chowringhee

I availed the services of the above mentioned outlet on the above mentioned date.

When we went into the outlet, they gave us a menu which was basically an excel sheet printed and laminated. They had almost none of the combos as in the menus of other such outlets. The prices on the menu were increased by about 10%. The wow value meal was raised from 190 rupees to 219 rupees.

When i asked about the raised prices and the "menu card", they just claimed that it was the new menu. But when i searched about such a changed menu, no other outlet reported as such.

My complaint is, despite being the same brand, why are they charging extra?

Today i. E. 18th may 2019 at 2.45 pm i with my mother went to wow momo outlet in karol bagh market, new delhi. One lady was taking order, i had ordered two wow momo burgers. She asked me with single cheese or double. I responded without cheese. She refused without cheese one. Then i asked the reason behind refusal. Suddenly that rude staff appeared mr. Vinod kumar appeared and responded harshly that he's not gonna give neither cheese nor without cheese. It was really shocking as i have never ever experienced such a level of bullying. Then i asked what happened to him as few moments ago you guys were ready to accept order, suddenly you are denying. He shouted to wait for half an hour. A necessary and appropriate action has to be take against him with proof.

I got a coupon of hundred rs. And it was in my hand when i was placing order. The counter boy tell me that non veg item not available. But just after me one customer placing the order of non veg item and they accepted their order. When i was asking that why u told me that non veg item is not available then they starting to show excuse that just not it arrived. Is it possible within 3mins gap ur product is available. All these happened with me ur tollygunge n s c bose road outlet. I think after noticing my coupon they did all these. Otherwise its really difficult just within 3 mins non veg item available in ur outlet. Please look after the matter.

Tasteless food and service was also bad. Prices were high as per compared to food quality also they didn't had change so they asked me to bring change first for food. Also the regular and large size contained same quantity of food. And the only difference in veg and nonveg was that the nonveg one contained 2/3 piece of chicken.
Not at all suggested to anyone!!!

Visited wow momo, star mall, ordered chicken cheese steamed momo, first of all they served cold as ice momo, and after i asked them to change, they served those momo a little bit more warm, what kind of service is this? If you are unable to provide hot momos then shut down your shutters or tell you are sorry. Worst experience ever!!! And food was horrible...

I bought two plates of fried fish momo on Thursday from behala police station branch. There was a offer on Thursday buy one and get 50% on the second plate. But they denied to offer that and asked me to pay the full price for both the plates. I attached the bill and displayed banner. I am really offended by the delivery counter person name said to be subran Roy.

It is so sad that I ordered through Zomato bearing Order Id: [protected] and u was delivered such uncooked momos full of oil which was not at all healthy to eat it. I am ashamed that by offering 50% you people are serving such low quality food which can cause severe health issues.
It is shame that such food stuff are delivered which is not only unhealthy but can risk life of children.

The mrp that you guys gave is excluded of all the other charges... On the given price which is actually 350 they included gst and state tax which became 380 after all the taxes.
Moreover the staff deducted extra 1 rupees, i know it sounds stupid as i am writing a complain just for one rupees. But how can u take even one extra rupee from the customer that too the staff has deducted the money from card without the knowledge of me

Yesterday[protected] I visited Wow Momo at Salt Lake-RDB Cinema Hall. After Watching the movie, I went to Wow Momo shop (near about 10 P.M.) & ordered 1 Steamed SPRING ONION MOMO. I opted for take away option. After taking the food, I took a cab. I opened the box of food for having it & it smelled awful. It smelled such bad that the driver had to stop the car so that I can throw it away in the garbage box. Such was the quality of the food. I didn't had much time to return back to the shop & show them the garbage that they provided me in the name of food. Please take a strong action against it or else others will also suffer.

I have visited your old digha store on 24.03.2018 n ordered one pan fried momo n two burger.. Then i saw the person who was making pan fried momo just mix the sauce n served so i told please make my momo seperately then the manager jagannath said nae hoga again i asked aise hi bnta h har jagh yhi sop h then he said crowd me sop follow nae hoga then i said fr mujhe nae lena return my amount then he said refund v nae hoga.. So i left my hard earned money n left without taking the product. Is this type of service u r providing.. I will not go wow momo in my whole life any more n make sure none of my friends n relative will go. I want my approx 350 rs back with apology from jagannath

The steamed momo at netaji subhash chandra bose airport was stinking and leads to vomit.. It was like a old momo which was presented infront us, where we paid rs130 for the momo.
Such a bad experience i had never before.
Please take a severe action on this matter.

I had visited at igi airport wow momo counter just 15 min back and order wow flyer meal veg... Becaz of the name i thought tasty n mouth watering.. But when i recd my ordwr the momo are rotten n smelled n very chilly... And thupka contains chilly in large amount... Even noonw can eat... As per other brands... Chinese eatables are not so spicy... And tastes fresh... But m felling so embarrased after getting my order... I feel ashamed why i choose wow momo...

I had ordered two items as mentioned above in the outlet at bmc bhawani mall, saheed nagar, bhubaneswar, odisha on dt.07/11/2017 at 22-40 hrs. As there is nothing else available i was forcibly opted only those, as told by the concerned steward. I was shocked to say the food was so bad - fully rubberized and may be the chicken was rotten. It was of very bad taste and led me to food poisoning. I was surprised, how dare the franchisee is selling such a bad food in your brand name. My advice to stop this counter instead to cheat the citizen of bhubaneswar.

I went to wow momos at pod dhaulan kuan today and it had a one plus one offer. I went there few days back as well and ordered chicken n cheese pan fried momos in tomato and garlic sauce and they gave me 1 plus 1. But today when i went there and got the take away done, they had packed steamed momos instead.
This is a very bad way of deceiving customers.
