    I write to you to inform that for WTCN/00378/15-16 -

    It is almost year and we have not received the rents YET.
    Always receiving the standard reply it is in process.
    The outstanding are due for last 1 year.
    In my family we have 5 units - 4 in Noida and 1 in Chandigarh, all the same issue.
    Foe WTC378, even registration is DUE. TDS certificates not received yet for 22-23.

    Await your response at the earliest.

      No AR FOR CUST ID ST640, ST639, ST893 since Aug 2022

      We’ve not received AR payment since August 2022. Please explain and pay ASAP.

      Also make sure we get paid regularly once this complaint is received.

      This’s is a fraud and you’re still trying to sell other projects through out India. How it’s possible?

      We’ve also invested in other projects. Few weeks back received email from WTC GIFT city. So why not from RSK TRUST regularly what’s happening?br...

        WTC GREATER NOIDA has failed to pass on share in the rent from July 2022 onwards to owners of non lockable office space like me. Refuses to answer questions like period for which rent received, date when received and explanation for not transferring to the owners for almost 9 months. Sounds like criminal breach of trust. Let us form a whatsapp group to jointly fight the cheater.

        Yes, they have not been paying rent since last one year. My rents are pending from April 2022. Their trustee RSK Professionals have stopped responding to emails as well. Lets form a group and fight together

          Unit no 02825, There is no construction going on the site next yesr in aug 2024 they cant give possession, no Ar is comming since last year . If we try contacting them they have fake excuses, This group is cheating people get your money back as soon as possible

            I have a unit 1C-R-07-12A In Tower C. Its been nearly a year since I have received commitment amount.
            Can WTC Noida come clean on this and give the investors a true picture. At least Bajaj realty should shoulder some responsibility as they have been instrumental in promoting this set up.

              WTC Noida is cheater and they are not releasing the assured return and rental for last 5/6 years. Also they have decreased the rentals of my unit without any reason.informed
              Now I request we all as group should file a complaint against this cheater.

                I have invested my harden earned money in this property, But from last 1 year I haven’t received any Ar from them, whenever we call them for update they tell us that it will be laid next month unfortunately it never happen .

                    WTC Noida has sold it's lockable and unlock able units through various channels and now stopped giving AR and forcing to sign new contract in the name of RERA.Kindly do the needful to help investers like us to proceed forward.

                      Agreed ARs were always delayed or frequently stopped earlier. Today communicated that annual returns are stopped till completion of project and all the name o[censored]P RERA.
                      They are running ponzy scheme and collected 95% of amount and now stopped ARs and asked us to sign new BBA in which clearly mentioned project is delayed 6 months as of now and no fine is applied on them even after registered with RERA.

                      In this case, what is the benefit of RERA when such ponzy schemes are running on the name o[censored]P RERA itself.

                            I have invested in WTC 1D unit thru Square Yards in 2019. Paid 25% of total investment. I didn't received a single AR and project progress update until 2020 and decided to cancel and get refund. Submitted official cancellation request with all the required documents in Feb. 2021. Since than i am following up thru Square Yards and also directly with WTC 1D team. Until today i did get my money. Now they are not responding to my email and WhatsApp reminder nor they are answering my phone call. My customer IDWTCD/01833/19-20.

                              Hi, The Lease Rent on my investment has stopped coming Since Apr, 2022. Talking to Trustee got reply that they dont look into WTC GN project any more. And advised to talk to WTC directly. But no one is resaponding to email/phone calls at WTC end. Seems something is wrong! If WTC is looking at my comments, please reply to "[protected]@gmail.com" giving explanation why payment has been stopped and when will resume? Thanks

                                    As I browse through this complaint thread, I see people complaining about WTC Noida. Well, being one of the owners of a unit at WTC Noida, I think putting a complaintg in the public form is not a good suggetion. When you complaintg about WTC Noida or say WTC Noida is a fraud project, you actually devalue your own property. I would simply not reccomend this. Instead, I suggest youy all to kindly contact the right person in the company. Or you can write to them through http://connect.wtcnoida.org. I am sure they would listen to you as they did in my case. All the best!

                                      NDU 867. Rental payment are inordinately delayed. April 22 rental payment has been rec'd in first week of July 22. May 22 payment still not rec'd. Fir any complaint, they have astandard response. It is very disgusting to deal with third rate company
